Respirator Use Checklist

Check respirator for cracks, tears, or damage

Verify filters/cartridges are correct and not expired

Ensure straps and buckles are intact

Wash hands before handling respirator

Place respirator over nose and mouth, secure straps

Perform positive and negative pressure seal checks

Monitor for breathing difficulty or discomfort

Replace filters if breathing becomes difficult

Remove respirator without touching contaminated surfaces

Clean reusable respirator according to manufacturer instructions

Store respirator in a clean, dry location
